UX Score

Understand how Priblin calculates your product's overall UX health metric.

What is the UX Score?

The UX Score is a quantitative metric (from 0 to 10) generated by Priblin that represents the overall usability and health of a digital interface.

How is the UX Score calculated?

The score is derived from a weighted algorithm evaluating three main pillars:

  1. Accessibility (30%): Color contrast, legibility, and touch targets.
  2. Cognitive Load (40%): Visual clutter, white space utilization, and clarity of Call-To-Actions (CTAs).
  3. Heuristic Compliance (30%): Alignment with standard usability principles.

Why is the UX Score important?

It provides a benchmark. Teams can track their UX Score over time to prove that design iterations are measurably improving the product.
