- Product Analytics DataURLs, design mockups, and application screenshots submitted for heuristic evaluation.
- Account InformationName, email address, company details, and billing information required to maintain your subscription.
2. How We Use Your Data
We process your product data strictly to provide the UX analysis services you request. Your uploaded designs and URLs are fed into our proprietary AI and partnered LLMs to generate actionable UX improvements. We do not use your proprietary design data to train our foundational models without explicit opt-in.
3. Third-Party AI Services
To deliver world-class UX intelligence, we utilize secure, enterprise-grade APIs (e.g., OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic). When processing your data through these sub-processors, we enforce zero-data-retention policies where technically supported, ensuring your product secrets remain confidential.
Zero-Trust Processing
All visual data (screenshots) processed by our AI vision models is transmitted via TLS 1.3 encrypted channels and securely purged from active memory post-analysis.
