3. User Responsibilities & Data

Authorization to ScanYou represent that you have the legal right to submit the URLs and designs you provide for analysis. Do not upload classified, illegal, or third-party proprietary data without permission.
Acceptable UseYou agree not to reverse-engineer our heuristic algorithms, abuse the API limits, or use the Service for competitive benchmarking.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the designs and product URLs you submit. By using Priblin, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your UX reports. Priblin retains all rights to its proprietary platform, algorithms, and generated report formats.

In no event shall Priblin, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your reliance on the AI-generated UX insights or your inability to access the Service.
